HakiRasilimali is a Civil Society Organization (CSOs) platform working on advocacy issues around minerals, oil and gas extraction in Tanzania. HR wishes to engage a consultant to undertake an a post analysis of its report“ The downfall of ACACIA mining plc in Tanzania: will Tanzania get a better deal?”Link and Link
The main objective of this analysis is expected to assess short and long term economic, social costs and benefits anticipated to rise from the Tanzania and Barrick final agreements.
Timeline: 25 days
Reporting to: HakiRasilimali
Documents: All interested and motivated individuals/institutions are invited to apply. The proposals should contain the following information:
Name of consultant bidding and his/her CV or company profile
Technical and financial proposals for undertaking the analysis (a brief outline of the consultant’s understanding of the assignment)
Sample of your work and name of the organizations you have worked with (profile)
Mode of application: All Bids should be forwarded to HakiRasilimali no later than 24th of October 2020 to the email address: project2@hakirasilimali.or.tz copy research@hakirasilimali.or.tz Application materials will be retained by HakiRasilimali and cannot be returned. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
